This digital course is uniquely designed to support educators that just don’t have the time! The powerful support strategies are presented through engaging videos and incorporate activities and reflective practice that are accessible when you are ready to dive in! Whether you are an early morning person who is up before the rest of the house, or a night owl who relishes the quiet calm of a sleeping world, you can lean into making yourself a priority when it fits for you! Each week you will have access to a themed unit that includes a coaching video, reflective exercise and mindfulness practice. The course can be customized to include feedback from your personal mindset coach or individual coaching sessions (for an additional charge).
